  • Our sessions are 25 to 30 minutes long and accessible through our fitness app, so you can join at a time that is convenient for you.

  • Three sessions per week for 12 weeks

  • A foam roller and a resistance band are all your will need for the program.

  • The program includes direct coaching via the training app, and a 1 on 1 coaching call every three weeks
