You are invited to schedule your 1-on-1 Free Intro Session, a full hour just for you and all our attention.
At Barefoot Movers we believe this is the best way for us to show you what we do, but also to get to know you, understand your current fitness situation, your needs your goals, and explore the possibilities and options to help you reach them.

During this “free intro session” we will cover breathing techniques, whole body mobility, stability, balance and basic forms of human movement. This intro class is open to humans of all ages and fitness levels.

There is no need to bring any equipment, only comfortable clothes to move in, plenty of water and we will take care of the rest.

What to expect?

Expect being barefoot on grass, and having time to reconnect with your breathing, your body and your movement. All in a fun and friendly environment.
You will move, you will learn and you will have a good time!!
